Hey Paul,
Earlier this year I was hospitalized here in Costa Rica with a stomach ailment that turned into a much bigger deal than it was supposed to be… secondary infection… collapsed lung… pretty bad from what I hear from my loved ones who witnessed the whole ordeal. I was “out” and experiencing ”IC Psychoma”.
Before I was hospitalized I picked up a copy of your new CD… I’ve been a fan a long time… nuff’ said.
“Lift” kicked my ass… I knew why later.
I can remember being OK with the whole illness… I didn’t know I was dying… things got bad towards the end… I started having really intense hallucinations because of the infection and meds… I flatlined twice. In one of my lucid moments I remember seeing my wife crying and I knew she was in more pain than I was. That tore it.
I was ready to go… wanted to go… but her tears brought me back. My next lucid memory was crunching guitars and your vocals from “Lift”. I started to fight. Suffice it to say… I lived.

Hi Mr. Stanley, I just wanted to congratulate you on your art opening it Atlanta. I went to the one on Saturday night at Permitere Mall. I have to admit that my motives for going were more about curiosity than about fandom. In other words I went for "artsake" not "KISSsake". I am an artist myself and I wanted to see your work. You do some nice work and I congratulate you for it. I wanted to share this from an artists' point of view. Although I do like some of the music but I have to admit I don't even own an album.

I like to draw. I finished my picture “KISS is flying”. It was drawn with Indian ink and pen (I’m sorry, It larger 200kb). The picture “Paul Stanley” was drawn with water- colours.

I can't believe I finally have it at home! The colors are so vibrant, just like you. I've sent a picture of it with just a few of my prized KISS autographs. I had to send this email to let you know how much you mean to me. I am 42 yrs. old and for 30 yrs. you have brought enormous joy to my life. "Dynasty"tour /79 at MLG in T.O I first saw KISS.
This memory of you dancing around and singing is a constant memory of joy from that night. Creatures tour /83 again in T.O I had the incrediable experence of meeting you while you where checking out the stage. We talked for approx. 20 mins. and you autographed a picture of my newly born son Ryan. This would have to be one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me to date!!!
Although I am a massive KISS fan it is all because of you!
I have a pretty large collection of KISS memerbilia, but mostly it consists of you.
