Here are a few clips of Paul at this year's Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp, performing at the House Of Blues with the campers. The clips were filmed by Bret Moiseff.

Speechless is what I am. I am so pleased with the final night at the House of Blues. I know that the campers and counselors were thrilled and amazed with our big finale.
The day started with everyone's final rehearsal, then a lunch break and back to the hotel for getting into the clothing for the big performances at the HOB. I felt confident with my bands last time to run through the KISS and Journey songs. I gave my band as gifts some of my solo CD's and thanked them for their hard work at the camp. We exchanged info so we can keep in touch and that is something the camp is great for, bringing people who love music together.
About 4 PM we had our special dinner and ceremony where each band and counselor got on stage to receive an award for being at the fantasy camp. It was great to have the lovely Lynn Hoffman and Kelly Keagy interview my band and see how elated they were about the experience, each one saying a few words about how the camp changed their lives. Guess they didn't mind me being the drill sergeant I am known to be!
Off the House of Blues, and campers and counselors were very excited. I went in to greet Paul Stanley and go over a few details of the night with him. Paul was very anxious to hear the bands again and what a night this would be!
Thanks to our friend Bret Moiseff for sending us this report and some photos from Paul's appearance last night at the Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp closing concert.
Judges for the event included Eric Singer and Carmine Appice, both rich in KISStory.
The Fantasy Camp battle of the bands started with a bang as Paul took the stage with Bruce Kulick's band, Psycho Circus. Bruce said he was excited as he hadn't played with Paul onstage for a long time. Paul played on and off for nearly 3 hours, as he came out with each band- trading vocals or in some cases taking all of them. It was interesting to see Paul without a guitar on.
Paul met with the 13 RRFC Bands and was very gracious. He sang with each of the Bands and coached them on guitar and vocals. Paul told each Band to do their OWN version of the KISS song they were covering, and to make that version sound the best it could. Before he left each Band, Paul spoke encouraging words, posed for pictures and signed all of their memorabilia.
As you all know as a former member of KISS for 12 years, I was so excited that at this LA 2007 Camp, Paul Stanley would be one of the special guests. So of course we were busy all morning getting the "Shout It Out Loud" tune, as I wanted it to be great for Paul.
We rehearsed that one, and our cover choice, which would be “Anyway You Want It" by Journey. My singer Marti, who has strong pipes, was very excited that the band was getting it together quickly. We also had to work on the Beach Boy song called Surfin Safari, and getting the cool vibe for that material, being so different from KISS and Journey really put my band through the paces! But that is what the camp is about, a crash course in learning and playing music along with meeting the stars.
The afternoon came quick, and sure enough Paul arrived promptly and with his tech Francis who also has worked with me. Paul was absolutely excited about the bands, and I was shocked at how patient he was showing them guitar riffs, bass parts, and vocal notes in each room. I accompanied him through about 9 of the 13 rehearsal rooms.

PAUL STANLEY TRIBUTE GIG HELD IN SYDNEY AND MELBOURNE
from Kaori Hashimoto
Freelance Journalist/Photographer (Sydney)
Celebrating the music and achievements of KISS frontman Paul Stanley, a special tribute gig was held in Sydney (February 3 at The Marquee) and Melbourne (February 4 at the Corner Hotel) as the lead-up to his upcoming Live To Win Australian tour in April – his first solo tour outside America!
The Sydney leg of the tribute gig kicked off with a specially recorded video message from Paul himself, which was followed by a live performance by local musicians from Melbourne. Members from Bruce Kulick's Australian solo band and popular tribute band Dynissty joined forces for the occasion, covering three decades of KISS music.
Bruce's solo band members, Paul Drennan and Matt McAuliffe (who is usually seen on bass), shared the 6-string duties for the night, while their former bandmate Matt Bradshaw provided energetic vocals. They were joined by dynamic rhythm duo of Pete Mollica (bass) and Travis Dragani (drums) to deliver a knockout show.
The gig opened with KISS' early favorites, Strutter and C'mon And Love Me, and then moved on to more recent material -- weaving through their hit numbers, from Do You Love Me to I Want You to Hide Your Heart.
What a fantastic night we had in Sydney on Saturday. All of the Sydney KISS ARMY DIEHARDS that I expected to see, where there plus many more .
The night started off with a EXCLUSIVE video from Paul to his fans in Australia , He just wanted to let us all know that he is looking forward to touring in Australia and he cant wait to get here. He talked about the songs he was going to sing and the reason he is doing the tour !
It was fantastic and felt so up close and personal.
Paint used to be Paul Stanley's mask, a coat that simultaneously brought him fame and shielded him from his fans.
For the better part of 30 years, Stanley crisscrossed the country wearing a layer of white on his face, slathers of red on his lips and a black star around his right eye. He would hit the stage in black spandex, his buddy Gene would spit blood, and his band would pledge to rock-and-roll all night ... and party ev-uh-ree day.
Paint carried Stanley and the three other makeup-clad members of KISS from one packed house to another, from one continent to another, from one collection of screaming fans to another. It helped Stanley carve out his onstage identity.
So is it any surprise that Stanley gravitated toward paint? Is it any surprise that Stanley found a calling capable of complementing his music?
"There's two kinds of music and only two kinds of art," Stanley said, "good and bad. And you can find both in any style."
Six years ago, he first took up brushes and began splashing colors around on a blank canvas. A friend told Stanley he painted to deal with grief. Stanley had never painted but did major in art at a performing-arts school when he was young.
"When you try to tell people when you're 6 years old that you want to be a rock star, they pat you on the head and say, 'Go play cowboys and Indians,' " Stanley said. "I pursued more art. It seemed more practical. Ultimately, I figured that my calling was really music."
All these years later, he was making his way over to a store that sold brushes and canvases, oils and watercolors. He went home, set up an easel and painted a self-portrait.
