I don't know what it was about the show in Cleveland the other night, but you guys blew me away. I've seen every tour (multiple cities each tour) since 1984, but there was something seriously magical about this show. It was surreal to say the least and i thank you for the amazing memories...

Paul, I just wanted to thank you for all you have done. I'm a junior in college studying to be a marine biologist, and when things got pretty rough last year, KISS changed my life. I've known about KISS all my life, but I never took the time out to listen to the band, and when I finally did during my sophomore year, things just clicked. Everything just seemed right with the music, the performance, and how it related to me. I can't put into words how dear I hold KISS to my heart now and how much it's influenced my life since I heard Detroit Rock City over a year ago. So again, I want to sincerely thank you, and all the other members for being such a positive influence in my life.

I've been a fan of yours since I was barely able to walk having overheard my older cousin playing Destroyer. As a teenager I lived and breathed KISS, and my fascination with KISS has hardly daunted over the years. If not for the message of you and your band hammering into me the belief there are no limits as long as you believe in yourself it's hard telling where I would be. Anyway, back to the music...after the superb album Revenge I was fairly disappointed with Psycho Circus, but I just heard Sonic Boom. HOLY SHIT, MAN. I CAN'T STOP LISTENING TO IT!!! This thing belongs on the same pedestal as Destroyer, Creatures of the Night, Lick It Up, Animalize and the previously mentioned Revenge. This is just straight, punch you in the gut rock, and it is APPRECIATED, especially given the crap that's been coming out. GREAT vocals, Paul!!! Gene hasn't kicked this much ass on the bass since the late 70's. Tommy is a surprise, better than I thought, and Eric Singer...you tell him I mean no disrespect to Eric Carr (may he rest in peace) but ES is the best drummer you guys ever had. ROCK ON!!!

Congratulations on the great news - It seems this recognition comes for many artists at a time when they have found new creative depths within themselves and so for the enthusiasm those who love you for who you are identify as your very essence to await release at this particular time in the form of new work can only be at least doubly-rewarding. While the standards of others are always secondary to those of the creative spirit, I am most impressed with the kind of generosity that simply gives without measuring the value of one loving contribution in relation to another. The birthing act does not occur without some pain, but ultimately amounts to great joy that none has the right to contest. I celebrate KISS for the confidence with which it has announced itself to the world from day one and feel proud to witness each and every success that has marked its high-heeled stomp thru history!
